Brief Description

Key Responsibilities:

Admissions and Client Coordination

Participate in admissions processes and support candidate selection activities Assist with client interviews and resolve admissions-related queries Maintain accurate and compliant student records in line with university policies and procedures 

Programme Administration and Delivery

Coordinate the registration of delegates in accordance with institutional requirements Communicate programme schedules, venues, policies, and key information to delegates Manage programme logistics, including teaching materials, venue bookings, and welcome packs Ensure digital learning platforms (e.g., MS Teams, Ulwazi) are prepared and operational 

Client and Stakeholder Support

Act as the primary liaison between delegates, faculty, and support departments Resolve delegate queries and provide ongoing support throughout programme delivery Coordinate programme evaluations and support quality assurance initiatives 

Events and Experience Management

Coordinate programme-related events, including graduations and networking functions Manage event logistics, invitations, catering, and stakeholder communication Contribute to creating an exceptional delegate experience 

Financial and Operational Administration

Process faculty claims and procurement requests Monitor programme budgets and financial administration processes Ensure timely invoicing and payment coordination 

Academic Administration

Coordinate assessments, mark administration, and academic records management Ensure compliance with academic regulations and institutional policies Support faculty with class lists, course material distribution, and assessment schedules Assist with research administration processes for postgraduate programmes where required 

Continuous Improvement

Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and programme delivery Support the implementation of quality assurance and sustainability initiatives Contribute to process enhancement and best practice development within Executive Education  Key Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification Minimum of 5 years’ relevant work experience At least 3 years’ experience in university or higher education administration Valid driver’s licence

Knowledge, Skills and Competencies:

Strong understanding of higher education environments and academic administration Knowledge of programme and project administration principles Excellent organisational and planning skills Strong communication and professional writing ability Client-service orientation with strong interpersonal skills Ability to work under pressure and manage competing deadlines Critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities Understanding of research administration processes for Master’s and PhD programmes Strong teamwork and stakeholder engagement skills Results-driven with high levels of professionalism and accountability
