Responsibilities

Provide appropriate risk and investment advice for clients, adhering to FAIS Compliance requirements, within the framework of the business Advisory Sales and Product mandates. Achieve key performance indicators for the business. Effectively refer calls made, focusing on conversion of contactable calls.Maintain turnaround time on allocated workflow as measured by CRM SLA agreements. Complete call assessments from Supervisors using pre‑determined QA sheets. Deliver exceptional Financial Advice to customers that exceeds expectations through proactive, innovative, and appropriate solutions. Spot check CRM outcomes compared to conversations (Supervisor).Improve self through product knowledge tests, teamwork, and handling complaints. Employment Equity
