Qualifications
Must have a Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma or higher qualification in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a Management‑related field. Must have at least 5 years of senior management experience in a service and sales‑driven organisation. Must have strong customer orientation with a proven track record in service management.Must have hands‑on experience as a technician, either in the field or in a workshop environment. Must have strong leadership skills.
