Digital Lending&Digital Operations Manager, Johannesburg

Select Africa is looking for a Digital Lending&Operations Manager to lead and optimise operations for Mzansi Moola, our South African digital lending platform. This role will focus on improving lending operations, enhancing the digital customer journey, driving automation, and ensuring operational efficiency within a fast-paced fintech environment.Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end digital lending operations. Improve customer experience and application conversion rates. Drive operational improvements and automation initiatives. Monitor lending performance, profitability and operational metrics. Ensure compliance with the National Credit Act and responsible lending practices.Work closely with technology, risk and compliance teams. Lead and develop the operations team. Requirements

5–8 years’ experience in fintech, digital lending, financial services or e-commerce. Strong understanding of consumer lending and lending operations. Experience managing digital platforms and operational processes. Strong analytical, leadership and problem-solving skills. Comfortable workingin a fast-paced environment.What You’ll Bring
