MATURE RETIRED FARM MANAGEMENT COUPLE– FM2248, Dullstroom

Dullstroom Area– Mpumalanga:

An exciting opportunity is available for a mature, retired couple to take on the management of a picturesque 330Ha Pine Tree Farm with a Guest House in the Dullstroom area. This role is ideal for a couple who brings a balance of farming knowledge and hospitality experience, and who enjoy the tranquillity of farm life with a hands‑on approach.

Minimum Requirements

Minimum of 5 years in tree farming, and experience of the hospitality industry

Experience in guest farm management is beneficial.

Strong work ethic.

Computer literate

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Proven management and leadership capabilities.

Valid driver’s license

Duties Include But Are Not Limited To

Manage workers to do maintenance on the farm including roads, buildings, tree plantation, firebreaks, vehicles, lawns, firewood for syndicate houses.

Manage domestic cleaners to maintain the guest and other houses.

Identify opportunities to increase income for the shareholders to make the farm more sustainable.
