Alspeco Branch Manager, Port Elizabeth

Alspeco is seeking a Branch Manager with excellent experience in the aluminium industry to lead our operations team. This is a hands-on leadership role for a driven individual who can take ownership of the branch’s performance, staff, customer relationships, and operational excellence.

Minimum Requirements:
Proven management experience in the aluminium industry is essential.
Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
Deep understanding of aluminium profiles, systems and gauges.
Experience in managing branch operations, sales admin, and customer service.
Sound knowledge of stock control, credit policies, and health & safety practices.
Proficiency in relevant systems and reporting tools.
High level of integrity and accountability.
