An exciting Office Admin position with a leading and innovative treasury services company.
A leading treasury services company in South Africa, is seeking an experienced Back Office Administrator to join their team in Pretoria. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the back-office operations of the company's treasury services, with a focus on FX deal execution and Balance of Payments (BoP) form processing.
Key Responsibilities: FX Deal Execution
- Process and settle FX deals, ensuring timely and accurate confirmations
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to resolve any issues or discrepancies
BoP Form Processing
- Provide support and guidance to clients on BoP form requirements
Treasury Operations
- Compile monthly client reports
- Support the broader treasury team in various operational tasks
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a back-office or treasury operations role
- Proven track record in FX deal execution and BoP form processing
- Strong understanding of treasury management systems and related technologies
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
