Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain production schedules.

• Balance demand and capacity for machines, materials, and labor.

• Monitor progress and adjust schedules to meet deadlines.

• Work with supervisors to resolve bottlenecks.

• Ensure material availability with procurement and stores.

• Apply lean planning to minimize downtime and improve throughput.

• Track KPIs and report performance.

• Support continuous improvement in planning processes.

Requirements

• Experience in production planning (fabrication/finishing preferred).

• Knowledge of ERP/MRP systems and scheduling tools.

• Understanding of fabrication processes (laser cutting, welding, painting).

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
