Duties & Responsibilities

• Contribute to and drive sales by effectively calling clients
• Convert inbound sales leads into concluded sales
• Achieve sales targets and convert outbound leads
• Ensure comprehensive product knowledge is shared with clients
• Process and manage accurate sales information from start to finalization
• Adhere to sales team standards and checklist requirements
• Provide exceptional customer service to maintain strong client relationships
• Handle data capturing with precision

• Experience with telesales and online sales
• Customer relations background
• Strong in admin and skilled in Microsoft Office
• Multilingual (advantageous)
• Experience with social media for business
• Own transport required
