Accountant - Senior Tax Consultant (SSASTC), Pretoria

Job Responsibilities

Manage full accounting and tax function of client portfolio. Produce monthly management reports. Full accounting function to trial balance. Draft annual financial statements for companies, trusts, and sole proprietors on CaseWare. Conduct themselves in a professional manner, adhering to workplace etiquette.Prepare and submit: Income tax returns for individuals and companies. Provisional tax returns for individuals and companies. VAT returns for sole proprietors, companies, and trusts. Competent to attend to all SARS correspondence. Filing of notices of objections and suspension of debt on e-filing.Desired Experience&Qualification

Qualification Accounting Degree or Higher Diploma (non-negotiable). Completed articles. Affiliations to SAICA, SAIPA, ACCA, CIMA, and SAIBA are preferred. Experience Working knowledge of Pastel. At least 3 - 5 years’ experience in an accounting environment. Knowledge of CaseWare and Pastel is imperative.Provide advice on all tax and accounting matters. Experience with e-filing. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. A valid driver’s license and own vehicle (non-negotiable). The candidate will be required to travel to clients at various locations. Interested?
