About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Graphic Designer with at least 5 years of hands-on industry experience. The ideal candidate is confident managing the full client and production cycle — from initial client engagement and concept development through to final print execution. This role requires both creative flair and practical production knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:

• Meet with clients to understand design needs, objectives, and branding requirements
• Develop creative concepts and produce high-quality designs
• Prepare accurate quotes based on project scope and materials
• Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met
• Design for print, including large format, signage, branding materials, and more
• Operate and work closely with printing equipment where required
• Ensure all artwork is print-ready and meets production specifications
• Maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Graphic Designer
• Proficiency in CorelDRAW (essential)
• Strong understanding of print processes and materials
• Experience handling the full client cycle (consultation → design → production)
• Ability to create accurate job quotes and manage project timelines
• Strong communication and client service skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in signage, branding, and large-format printing
• Basic knowledge of printing machinery operation
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
