ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

Ability to manage a technical team using agile methodologies with agile software development experience
(from requirement to deployment/operations)

experience in a JAVA and/or cloud Development environment and IT operations Know How
Excellent proficiency in the Agile Tools (JIRA, Confluence, X-Ray etc)

Scrum master and other agile working experience

ADVANTAGEOUS SKILLS:

Demonstrate expertise in data modeling and Oracle SQL.
Exceptional analytical skills in analyzing large and complex data sets.
Perform thorough testing and data validation to ensure the accuracy of data transformations.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with precise documentation.
Self-driven team player with ability to work independently and multi-task.
Experience building data pipeline using AWS Glue or Data Pipeline, or similar platforms.
Familiar with data store such as AWS S3, and AWS RDS or DynamoDB.
Experience and solid understanding of various software design patterns.
Experience preparing specifications from which programs will be written, designed, coded, tested and debugged.
Strong organizational skills

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Collaborate with team, system analysis, design, development and testing for their assigned technical products r applications within the context of an agile/DevOps delivery model.
Conduct with the feature team members, system analysis, design, development and testing for their assigned technical products or applications within the context of an agile/DevOps delivery model. Focusing of the automation of environments, infrastructure, build and deployment pipelines.
Facilitate the removal of impediments (willing to get into the detail to solve impediments)
Involve all stakeholders (Business/Developers/QA) in solution design
Lead explorations if needed to deliver Epics and User Stories from a Saga (e.g. story mapping)
Couch team on structuring requirements in an Agile way
Ensuring the sustainability of the project by taking appropriate actions where necessary
Supports multiple Feature Teams in complex Products / Sub-products
Provides key insights into the evolution of Agile KPIs in complex Agile Teams to improve efficiencies
Guides the team and organisation on the use and application of Agile methodologies and software development practices
Aligns within bigger teams to ensure good collaboration and value adding outcomes
Collaborates with Product Owners and colleagues across multiple sites/locations
Gives structure to workshops and meetings to lead and facilitate the team’s Agile way of working. This includes
facilitating discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution
Assesses the agile maturity of the team and organisation and coaches the team to higher levels of maturity, at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable for the team/projects
Assists with internal and external communication and improving transparency. Demonstrates the status / performance of the team as key element.
Supports the Product Owner with grooming processes and product backlog management.
Assists with project- and team coordination tasks when required.
Analyse of processes from start to finish.
Responsible for defect lifecycle.
Ensure that all processes are investigated / considered in obtaining the specifications of the user requirements (e.g., DoR)
Any additional responsibilities assigned in the Agile Working Model (AWM) Charter

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:

Relevant IT Degree
3 years plus in a similar role; more than 5 years of total experience in software engineering required.
