Senior Delivery Consultant As a Senior Delivery Consultant within our highly regarded Professional Services team, you’ll be a trusted advisor and strategic partner to global customers—delivering high-impact talent and organisational solutions that blend psychological insight with commercial acumen. In this influential role you’ll play an integral part in designing future‑focused, intuitive talent solutionsand providing thought leadership to some of the world’s most recognised brands.

Responsibilities

Advising and partnering with senior heads to deeply assess intricate organisational challenges, providing commercial and strategic talent guidance that drives business impact.

Proactively anticipate evolving customer needs, shape high‑level discussions and co‑create innovative, commercially robust solutions.

Leverage expertise and broad consulting experience to deliver high‑impact solutions on technical customer engagements, ensuring tangible business results.

Role‑model consulting excellence and executive presence in customer relationships and solution delivery, mentoring and guiding emerging consultants.

Partner with internal teams (e.g., Science, Specialists and Solution Leads) to share customer feedback and influence solution design.

Champion best‑practice consulting delivery, contributing to the ongoing improvement of frameworks, commercial offerings and methodologies.

Partner with Sales and account teams, articulate value and commercial impact for customers and ensure our offerings are fit‑for‑purpose.

Present product and capability training to support best practice use and understanding of assessments.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree and be a registered Industrial Psychologist or Psychometrist with the HPCSA.

Significant experience in business consulting or strategic advisory roles, ideally within talent, organisational effectiveness or adjacent sectors and with client‑facing experience.

Talent management knowledge and experience working with HR strategy and processes, organisational behaviour and organisational development.

Background in IO Psychology or organisational psychology, with the knowledge of how to translate scientific insight into actionable business solutions.

Demonstrated knowledge of how to assess intricate business scenarios, generate commercial insights and consult at senior levels.

Exceptional stakeholder management experience, influencing and testing senior heads to drive organisational transformation.

Proven track record of delivering high‑impact results within client‑facing environments.
