Client Delivery Manager, Bryanston

Main Purpose

As part of our South African team, in a highly strategic Client Delivery Manager role, you will be responsible to support business & protects COmpany reputation by taking responsibility for all managed service agreements. The role is the overall custodian of all managed services & projects services by Organization to its current client base under contract. Mandated to ensure overall integrity of managed service agreements, TotalCare, TotalSecure, TotalRecover, TotalConnect, etc, post sales. Accountability to set the standards that will ensure organizations relevance to our current & future clients.

You will interact with existing clients, gain referrals from them and form strong trust relationships that open doors and close deals. You will maintain an extensive knowledge of current market conditions, contending offerings and current penetration of services and solutions.

Your Daily Responsibilities Include:

Client Satisfaction

• Outcome of Organizations client overview.
• Client satisfaction & provide feedback on improvement of our managed services, how likely a current client would refer our services.
• Identifying client cancellation risk & what action is required to improve client retention.
• Recording all client complaints & resolutions.
• Measurement of client churn.

Client Procurement & Project Revenue

• Report on planned project & procurement for current client base
• Report on revenue generated by client project & procurement requests

Microsoft Marketing & Sales

• Report on all interaction with Microsoft & all administrative responsibilities.
• Manage campaigns with Microsoft.
• Keep all Microsoft portals up to date.

Technical Team Interaction

• Report on accuracy & promptness of technical team timekeeping both in terms of managed services & projects.
• Recommend & develop improvements to how Organization sales, administration & technical interact with clients & one another.

Learning & Growth

• Ability to lead & manage employees
• Company & vendor aligned education & knowledge growth plan.

Your Background and Skills Include:

• Matric
• Diploma or degree
• Proven track record of successful service delivery operations management.
• A minimum 8 to 10 years in service delivery management working with technical teams.
• Strong leadership communication & organizational skills.
• Business management diploma, ITIL Foundation Certificate or relevant technology qualification or relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Strong listening and sales skills.
• Agility to respond to new situations by modifying your performance & adopting new skills and abilities.
• Able to act as a trusted advisor in addressing our customer's business needs.
• You will have 3+ years of experience in customer relations.
