Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Travel Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for travel and a strong desire to help clients plan memorable trips. While experience in tourism is preferred, it is not a requirement. We are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Consultation: Meet with clients to discuss travel preferences, budgets, and desired experiences.
• Planning: Research and create tailored travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, activities, and transportation.
• Booking Management: Handle all aspects of travel bookings, including flights, hotels, car rentals, and tours.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service throughout the booking process and during clients' trips, addressing any questions or concerns.
• Market Research: Stay updated on travel trends, destinations, and industry developments to provide informed recommendations.
• Problem Resolution: Assist clients with any issues that may arise before or during their travels, finding effective solutions promptly.
• Sales Support: Promote special offers and packages to clients, aiming to meet sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction.

Skills and Desire:

• Diploma or equivalent; a degree in tourism, hospitality, or a related field is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service or sales is desirable; experience in travel or tourism is a plus but not mandatory.
