Senior front of house Manager position available in Sandton with upmarket trendy Restaurant & Bar. Candidates with 5+ years Restaurant management experience will be considered. Must have strong general management skills with the ability to manage a busy Restaurant / Bar floor. Applicants must be well-spoken and able to deal with customer queries. Main duties will include opening / closing procedures, stock management, cash ups and general front-of-house management. Candidates with a loyal working history at previous employers preferred. Must be energetic, passionate, and able to work under pressure. Looking for someone who works well in a team. Must have strong customer relations and staff management skills.
