Job&Company Description: As the CFO, you will play a critical role in providing strategic financial guidance and driving operational excellence. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the company’s finance team and contribute to the growth and success of the organization. Other duties include: Provide strategic financial leadership and guidance to the executive team and board of directors.Oversee all financial operations, including financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards. Manage financial risk and implement effective internal controls. Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and financial performance.Education: Qualified CA(SA) Job Experience&Skills Required: 6– 8 years post articles experience. 2 – 4 years’ experience on a board level. Proven track record of financial leadership with board exposure. Strong understanding of financial principles and accounting standards. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
