New Business Sales Exec - Trade Finance, Johannesburg

Our client who is an established lending firm is looking for a Sales Executive – Trade Finance

As New Business Sales Executive, you will build a continuous new business sales pipeline for trade finance and any future new secured lending products of the department by onboarding new clients through direct lead generation. This will be managed and maintained within an acceptable knowledge of the Group's predetermined product credit and risk frameworks.

Requirements

• Good general business knowledge and savvy
• Detailed product knowledge
• Detailed credit risk, legal risk and operational risk understanding
• Knowledge of unsecured and secured lending products and the industry (including competing products, discount and pricing structures)
• Experienced understanding of business financial statements
• Minimum 3 years proven track record in achieving sales targets at a head-office level
• Basic computer skills, and experience with CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite
