We are looking for a young and dynamic F&B Assistant to assist the smooth running of our restaurants & eateries. You will primarily be responsible to oversee the service of our F&B to guests ( Maîtres d'). This could be your start to a promising career … a live in position

Must have

Sound F&B, & /or Maîtres d’ exp

Strong planning, costing, ordering, stock control exp

Exp in a buzy environment

Must be

Qualified, e.g. F&B certificate or Diploma in related field

Duties :

• planning and managing F&B orders,
• staff management & training
• maintaining  superb guest satisfaction
• finance control
  • with the idea to maximize sales through customer satisfaction and hands on employee management
  • maintain food cost,
  • improve and maintain sales and profitability
• stock control

• managing the dining rooms, bars & buffet

Soft skills

• hold the typical hospitality character
• good people skills, team orientated
• ability to get along with colleagues
