Vacancy: Sales Executive - Pharmaceutical Company

Responsibilities:

• Initiate outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our pharmaceutical products and services.
• Effectively communicate product information and benefits to customers, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets on a consistent basis through persistent and persuasive selling techniques.
• Document all sales activities and customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.

Requirements:

• Must have obtained Matric Certificate or higher
• Must be bilingual (English & Afrikaans)

• Minimum of 1 year of sales or call-centre experience
• Exceptional verbal communication skills and a pleasant phone manner.
• Ability to quickly build rapport and establish credibility with potential customers.
• Resilient and determined, with the ability to handle objections and rejection positively.
• Proficiency in using CRM software.
