Industrial Engineer, Centurion

A solution-orientated telecom company requires an Industrial Engineer to join their growing team. The Industrial Engineer will be responsible for the transition of engineering designs and data into production.

The duties will include, but are not limited to, working with the engineering team to review and approve sub-systems for each product line in terms of build feasibility and setting up detailed production line process models detailing how and where subassemblies get installed on the production floor, as well as investigating issues found on the production line and the corrective action(s) thereof.

Requirements:

• BTech or BEng in Industrial  Engineering with more than 2 years' working experience.
• Must have an understanding of time study and production line balancing.
• Must be an RSA citizen.
  Pro-active mindset; the ability to work independently,
• Pay attention to detail, work under pressure, and multitask; and excellent task management and written and verbal Communication (English) skills.
• The ideal candidate should be computer literate with advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
