Our client in the Specialised Insurance Services in Roodepoort is looking for Claims Consultants. Proactive, critical-thinking individuals, who will be able to contribute positively to the  claims handling process and provide exceptional communication to policyholders

Minimum requirements:

• Completed degree, preferably BCom
• Very strong academic results
• Fluent in English and Afrikaans
• Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must be proactive, with a positive and friendly attitude
• Must be computer literate
• Must be professional
• Excellent interpersonal and administration skills
• Exceptional client service
• Must be able to communicate with various clusters of the business (various departments as well as service providers)
• No relevant experience necessary
• Providing advice to policyholders on making a claim and the processes involved
• Collecting accurate information and documents to proceed with the claim
• Responsible for the management of a claim from submission to completion
• Monitoring the progress of a claim
• Taking responsibility for productivity and profit
• Providing exceptional client service while confirming the extent as well as the validity of a claim
