Data Analyst - Debt Collection Call Centre, Roodepoort

Our legal client is seeking a driven and analytical Data Analyst to join their Collections Department. The successful candidate will play a key role in analysing collection data, optimising recovery strategies, improving campaign performance, and providing valuable insights to support operational decision-making
Salary: R15 000 CTC per month

Minimum Requirements

• Matric
• Degree/Diploma in Data Analytics or related field
• Knowledge of R Language and Python
• 2–3 years’ experience in data analytics, coding, and big data
• Previous debt collection or call centre experience essential
• Experience on Excalibur System, SAP, Moonsoft, Solar, and Sage advantageous

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse debtor behaviour, payment trends, and collections performance
• Monitor collections KPIs including PTP rates, contact rates, and conversions
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports
• Perform data cleansing, validation, and database management
• Support dialer campaign segmentation and optimisation
• Provide dashboards, trend analysis, and strategic insights
• Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend improvements
• Support Collections Management with reporting and predictive analysis
