The successful candidate will play a key role in analysing collection data, optimising recovery strategies, improving campaign performance, and providing valuable insights to support operational decision-making
Salary: R15 000 CTC per month

Minimum Requirements

Matric Degree/Diploma in Data Analytics or related field Knowledge of R Language and Python 2–3 years’ experience in data analytics, coding, and big data Previous debt collection or call centre experience essential Experience on Excalibur System, SAP, Moonsoft, Solar, and Sage advantageous

Key Responsibilities

Analyse debtor behaviour, payment trends, and collections performance Monitor collections KPIs including PTP rates, contact rates, and conversions Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports Perform data cleansing, validation, and database management Support dialer campaign segmentation and optimisation Provide dashboards, trend analysis, and strategic insights Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend improvements Support Collections Management with reporting and predictive analysis
