We are looking for an experienced and proactive

IT Recruiter

to join

Indsafri . This is a 6 months renewable contract role (contract can be further renewed or extended based on the performance).

In this role, you will be responsible for designing and executing effective recruitment strategies to attract, assess, and hire top IT talent. You will act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers while ensuring a seamless end-to-end recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for IT roles (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding)

Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies aligned with business goals

Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and build strong talent pipelines

Source candidates using job boards, social media, networking, and headhunting techniques

Build and maintain a strong network of IT professionals

Act as a talent acquisition advisor with a strong customer-focused approach

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Track, analyze, and report recruitment metrics and performance

Drive innovative approaches to attract senior and niche talent

Required Skills&Experience

1+ years of experience in full-cycle IT recruitment

Proven track record in hiring for niche and senior-level IT roles

Strong sourcing skills (headhunting, cold calling, networking, and social platforms)

Experience using ATS and recruitment tools/databases

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies

Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Strong time management and organizational skills

Customer-focused mindset

Strong adaptability and flexibility

Ability to work with diverse teams and senior stakeholders

Problem-solving and innovative thinking

Ability to handle ambiguity and changing priorities
