SA - Gauteng, SandtonOur client is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive French-speaking Sales Administrator to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to the sales team Process quotations, sales orders, and invoices Liaise with clients regarding orders, deliveries, and queries Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure smooth order processing Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and general sales-related administration Follow up on outstanding orders and customer requests Ensure excellent customer service and communication at all times Minimum requirements:
Previous experience in a Sales Administrator or similar administrative role Experience within the logistics, warehousing, manufacturing, or related industry preferred Fluent in both French and English Strong administrative and organisational skills Computer literate with good knowledge of MS Office Excellent communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks Strong attention to detail and accuracy
