Senior BPM / Workflow Solutions Specialist

to drive both strategic and tactical delivery across business process management initiatives. This role focuses on discovering, validating, documenting, and optimising business processes through modelling, simulation, and analysis of current and future states. You will work on complex business problems, leveraging advanced technical expertise to design and implement workflow-driven solutions aligned to business strategy.Key Responsibilities

Minimum

5+ years’ experience in BPM (Business Process Management) Strong experience in

BPMN and DMN modelling Proven ability to design and implement workflow solutions Technical Skills&Experience

IBM BPM / BAW Camunda 7 / Camunda 8 Camunda Modeler&BPMN 2.0 Kafka / Confluent (event-driven systems) Java (11 or higher) Spring Boot REST APIs&JSON Git version control CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps preferred) Workflow integration with custom UI applications
