ROLE: Take over operations activities in an SAP environment (Treasury, Banking, Cash Management, In-House Cash, Multi-Banking-Connectivity) Work rotation spans over morning, evening, and weekend shifts, also on public holidays Working knowledge of and understanding of the business processes for developing, and testing SAP functions associated with financial operations.Provide general assistance to the Operations team and end users Adhere to the PIC processes (Problem, Incident&Change Management) Perform daily operations tasks and end user support Creation of pertinent test documentation Enable end user knowledge transfer and training Work closely with other functional consultants, developers, product owners and various global stakeholders in a bigger feature team Back-out PlanningBusiness Continuity Management (BCM) Change Management (CM) Cut-over Planning IT Service Management (ITSM) OPS Advanced Training OPS Basic Training Release Planning Start Up Management (SUM) System Monitoring Technical Continuity Management (TCM) Desired Experience&Qualification

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE Relevant IT / IT Degree or Certifications 3 - 5 years’ experience ESSENTIAL SKILLS: Finance/Accounting understanding to assist with problem resolution Understanding of operations processes Informatics understanding to resolve problems related to data flow between various systems&middleware Capability to improve on current processes where required Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail Any additional responsibilities assigned in the Agile Working Model (AWM) Charter ADVANTAGEOUS TECHNICAL SKILLS German Speaking (Advantageous) DEVOPS (advantageous)Confluence and Jira (advantageous) Ownership mentality, willingness to take over responsibility and drive topics Willingness to deal with (talk to) our global customers (due to the global exposure language barriers might exist) Above board work ethics– this is of utmost importance Open and pro-active communication across teamsAbility to understand complex work environments Flexibility to take up different tasks in the feature team Flexibility to work weekends and after hours in a shift schedule Soft Skills Problem solving capabilities Ability to work as part of a team Ability to work interdependently as well as independently and to submit deliverables on time and with excellent qualityExcellent interpersonal and organisational skills with the ability to communicate effectively (both verbally and in writing) with both technical and non-technical colleagues / users Strong ability to understand and interpret business needs and requirements with an aptitude to move concepts through to proposal and successful implementationAbove-board work ethics Flexibility to take up different tasks in the project Ability and willingness to coach and give training to fellow colleagues and users when required Willing and able to travel internationally
