We are currently looking for Quantity Surveyors to manage the financial and commercial aspects of some of our Residential sites. Desired Experience&Qualification

The successful candidate will have: A BSc/BTech in Quantity Surveying. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the Residential Property Industry. Minimum of 3 years experience in Quantity Surveying within the Building&Construction industry. Minimum of 3 years experience with the following programs: Candy or any other CCS (Construction Costing Software) - Non-negotiable QTO or Cost X Core competencies: Excellent reporting skills. Highly-developed interpersonal skills. Excellent communication skills. High attention to detail with excellent accuracy.Deadline driven.
