In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, and optimizing financial performance within the organization.

As a Finance Manager, you will collaborate with various departments to implement financial strategies that enhance overall operational efficiency. Your ability to analyze financial data and provide strategic insights will be essential in driving business success.

Responsibilities

Manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.

Prepare timely and accurate financial statements and reports.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

Professional certification - CA(SA)

Experience in the Medical Administration or Healthcare sector is a must.

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.

Proficient in financial management software and MS Excel.

Excellent leadership and communication abilities.

Ability to work collaboratively across departments.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.

Prior knowledge of Pastel and SageX3

5 Years minimum experience within finance leadership role with strong focus on debtors.
