Network Security Engineer

You will operate inside a

Customer Services Operations Centre , providing high level, high quality service assurance to corporate clients who depend on us to protect their infrastructure.

This is not passive support.

This is frontline defence in a complex, converged network environment.

The Mission As a

Security Specialist , you will:

Provide high-level service assurance to corporate clients

Support hosting technical environments across converged network infrastructure

Manage and optimise perimeter firewall services

Report and escalate security incidents with precision and speed

Liaise directly with clients on security events and fault resolution

Manage updates within Siebel SRM

Drive incident resolution aligned to ITIL practices

Collaborate across engineering, operations, and leadership layers

You will not just close tickets.

You will protect enterprise environments that cannot afford failure.

What You Bring Non-negotiables:

IT Diploma or B Degree in IT, Computer Science, or Technical Engineering

Fortinet NSE4 certification

5 to 7 years of experience

Minimum 3 years within complex IP routing and switching environments

Minimum 2 years within a service provider environment focused on security

Advantageous:

Fortinet NSE7

You understand IP routing.

You understand switching.

You understand what happens when perimeter defences fail.

Most importantly, you know how to prevent it.
